Nicole grew up in the real estate business- both her parents were realtors in Pacific City. She's been a licensed broker since 2004 and has sold properties in the Pacific City and Lincoln City areas since 2007. 

Growing up in Pacific City, Nicole has a great deal of local knowledge. She has also lived in Lincoln City, and knows that area almost as well as she does PC. Nicole specializes in representing sellers; however, she's worked with many buyers over the years. Nicole has successfully negotiated transactions ranging from short sales to oceanfront estates.
